Contact SupportPricing and Fees
Our pricing depends on three factors: the size, scope and complexity of the project. Simple single trade projects typically range from $100 to $150. Standard multi trade projects range from $200 to $250. For larger or more complex projects we provide a custom quote. The best way to get an exact number is to send us your plans and we will have a detailed quote back to you within 15 to 20 minutes at no obligation.
No. All revisions and modifications are completely free with no limits. This includes scope changes, addendum incorporation, pricing updates, material substitutions and any other adjustments needed all the way through your bid day submission. One flat fee covers everything from start to finish.
Absolutely not. We believe in complete transparency. One flat fee covers your full estimate, all deliverables, the Zoom review walkthrough, unlimited revisions and ongoing support through your bid submission. No surprise charges at any point.
We base our fees on three things: the total square footage and magnitude of the project, the number of trades and CSI divisions involved, and the level of detail and complexity required. We are typically 50% below market rates for professional estimation services because we focus on building long term relationships rather than maximizing one time transactions.
We operate on a simple two payment model. 50% is required upfront to begin work and the remaining 50% is due only after the estimate is delivered and you have had a chance to review it. You only pay the second half once you are satisfied with the work.
Turnaround Time and Delivery
Most estimates are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your plans and project details. For urgent projects with tight bid deadlines we also offer rush delivery. Our goal is to make sure you never miss a bid opportunity because of timing.
Once you send us your plans we will review them thoroughly and provide an exact quote for our estimation services within 15 to 20 minutes. Upon your approval we begin work immediately.
Contact us right away. We understand that bid deadlines in construction can come up fast and unexpectedly. We offer rush delivery and will do everything in our power to get your estimate completed in time. Reach out by phone, text or email and we will assess the timeline and get started immediately.
We treat all revision requests on an ASAP basis. Most revisions are completed same day. On bid day we make your project our top priority so you have everything you need before your submission deadline.
Service Area and Location
This is one of our most common questions and one of our biggest strengths. We have built a proprietary real-time pricing database connected to local suppliers, distributors and vendors across all 50 states. When you share your project location we input the zip code and pull current material costs, labor rates, equipment rental rates and disposal fees directly from suppliers in that specific market. Your estimate reflects actual local conditions wherever the job is located, not generic national averages.
Yes. We provide professional estimation services nationwide across all 50 United States. Whether your project is in a major metropolitan area or a rural location we have local pricing data available for that market.
Absolutely. We work with contractors and developers on projects across multiple states simultaneously. Each project receives location specific pricing based on its zip code regardless of where the other projects are located.
Our real-time database captures regional variations in material pricing, prevailing wage rates, union versus non-union labor costs, equipment rental rates and even fuel and transportation costs. Every estimate is built on pricing that reflects the specific market where the work will be performed.
Services and Coverage
We cover all trades and all CSI divisions from Division 01 through Division 33. This includes sitework, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, roofing, waterproofing, doors and windows, finishes, MEP systems including mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire protection, communications, security systems, earthwork and utilities. We are a complete one stop solution for any construction project.
We handle all types of construction projects including residential, commercial, industrial, municipal and government projects, renovation and remodeling, tenant improvements, new construction and design-build projects. Our project range is $50,000 to $5 million.
We work with both. Our clients include general contractors needing complete multi trade estimates, subcontractors needing trade specific takeoffs, mechanical and electrical contractors, civil and earthwork contractors, specialty contractors, property developers and project owners.
Yes. We are experienced with prevailing wage requirements, Davis-Bacon Act compliance, certified payroll considerations and public bid formatting requirements. We understand the additional detail and compliance standards required for government projects.
Every estimate package includes a complete division by division cost breakdown, material quantity takeoffs, labor hour calculations by trade, real-time local pricing, color coded markup plans, a professional bid proposal ready for submission, fully editable Excel spreadsheets with live formulas, a graphical price summary and a bid recap sheet. A Zoom review walkthrough with the estimator is also included at no extra cost.
Process and Getting Started
It is simple. Send your project plans and specifications to maxwell.allen@parametricestimates.com along with your project location, bid deadline and any specific requirements. We will review the documents and send you an exact quote within 15 to 20 minutes. Upon your approval we begin work immediately.
We accept all common file formats including PDF, DWG, DXF and other standard construction document formats. You can share files via email, Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive.
Before we begin we will ask a few clarifying questions including whether a material list is required, your preferred labor type such as union or non-union, your overhead and profit percentages, any specific wage rate requirements such as Davis-Bacon or prevailing wage, your preferred material pricing level and your bid submission deadline. This ensures your estimate is tailored exactly to your needs.
Yes. We adapt to your company's existing formats, templates and branding. If you have a specific spreadsheet structure, internal format or client facing template you prefer we will work within it. We can also incorporate your company logo and preferred presentation style.
Absolutely. If you have established relationships with specific suppliers or have negotiated pricing with vendors we will use your numbers instead of our database. Your estimate will be built entirely on your cost structure to ensure it reflects your actual margins.
Accuracy and Quality
We guarantee 100% accuracy on all material quantity takeoffs. If we make an error in measurements or quantities we will refund your money. We back this up with a rigorous internal quality assurance process where every estimate is reviewed before delivery. To date we have never had to invoke this guarantee.
We use industry leading software for all our work. For takeoffs we use PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu and On Screen Takeoff. For project scheduling we use Primavera P6. All estimates are delivered in fully editable Microsoft Excel format with live formulas so any number can be adjusted and the entire bid recalculates automatically.
We have built a proprietary real-time pricing database that connects with local suppliers and distributors across the country. Unlike standard estimation software that uses static national pricing books, our system pulls live market data based on your project zip code. This means your estimate reflects what materials actually cost in that market at the time of your bid.
Yes. All client information, pricing strategies and project details are kept strictly confidential. We never share your data with other clients or third parties. We are also happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before beginning any work if you require additional protection.
Working Together
Many of our clients have in-house estimation teams. They use us for capacity support during peak bidding seasons, backup coverage during vacations or transitions, overflow work during busy periods and competitive bid verification on high value projects. We work alongside your team, not in replacement of it.
Yes and it is included at no extra cost. After delivering your estimate we schedule a Zoom walkthrough with the estimator who worked on your project. We go through the estimate line by line, explain our methodology and assumptions, answer all your questions and make any adjustments in real time.
All revisions are completely free with no limits and no questions asked. This includes scope changes, addendum incorporation, pricing updates, format adjustments and any other modifications. We support you all the way through your final bid submission.
Yes. In addition to cost estimation we provide construction schedule development using Primavera P6, critical path analysis, resource allocation planning and milestone identification. We are a full service estimation and planning firm.
